At Busy Bees our aim is to break the myth and make cooking a fun activity for all the members of the family. We have recipes for wide range of food items for you ranging from appetizers, main course to desserts using simple easy to follow steps and minimal ingredients. All our videos are less than 5 minutes in duration and even a first timer can comfortably start cooking.

Peanut Chaat | Simple with Minimal Ingredients
Peanut Chaat Recipe :
Dry Roast peanuts - 1 cup
peel the sink , keep aside
In a pan , add oil - little
salt
chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Mix well and sauté for a minute
add Roasted Peanuts and mix well.
In a mother bowl add Spicied peanuts, chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, lemon juice, Aamchur(Dry mango powder)
Mix well.

That is very interesting, cooking on the Rice setting. I have done it on the stovetop in a pot, and it took over an hour to be ready. I did not want a Temperature that is too high and the butter splatter all around. I worked, but it was way too long to stand around and watch it. I want to do it in my Instant pot next. So much easier. Thank you! :)

Miy Insta pot displays Auto when Rice mode is selected. It does not display a timer (assuming it does recognize the proper internal temp for rice).
May be your instant pot model is different model just check the ghee ( when it is transparent then you can switch off ) why I choose rice mode it’s easy as it cooks in low temperature ( so the ghee don’t burnt )

Pressure cooking is only useful for direct in pot cooking and could very well be used for leftovers. 2. Steaming does not require the use of holes in the leftover container nor of a lid on the container.
1. Pressure cooking in used for direct in pot or pot in pot ( by adding water in direct pot then place trivet and bowl(legit over or any other food ) 2. Yes no need holes container and lid
Thanks! So what than is the difference between pot in pot pressure cooking and pot in pot steaming? I’m planning on using it for reheating my leftovers. So basically I believe to have three options: 1. Pressure cook direct in pot 2. Pressure cook pot in pot 3. Steam pot in pot Which would be the best option for most meals?

@ronaldgouda actually you can you pressure cook or steam both options to reheat but I observed that The steam helps to add the moisture back into the food ( especially rice items) if you do pressure cook just 2 minutes is good enough
